Terms of Service

1. Service description

FunnelizeLab provides GEO / AI citation readiness reports created through AI-assisted analysis and manual operator review. Reports include GEO Readiness Scores, answer-asset analysis, and GEO-optimized assets delivered as PDF via email. All audits are performed against publicly accessible website data. No credentials, API keys, or site access are required from you.

2. Subscription & billing

Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time — your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to any deliverables already sent.

Refunds are not offered for completed or in-progress billing periods. All deliverables — including GEO Readiness Scores, answer-assets, audits, reports, and any work product — are non-refundable once work has commenced. The nature of our service means deliverables cannot be returned or undone.

If you cancel within 7 calendar days of your very first payment and no deliverables have been commenced, a one-time cancellation may be granted at our sole discretion. This 7-day grace period applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions.

3. No guarantees

We deliver the scoped audits, assets, reviews, implementation handoffs, and reports included in your plan. GEO and SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including search engine changes, competitor activity, and third-party platforms. We do not guarantee citations, rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or score movement.

4. Confidentiality

All domain data and report contents are treated as confidential. We never publish, share, or reuse your data. Reports are delivered to your email only.

5. Limitation of liability

FunnelizeLab is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the report in question.
